BACKUP MEDIA SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Approved for use by DR Legal on January 5, 2012 Backup Media Service Terms of Use When there are downloadable items present in your shopping cart, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase a copy of the downloaded file on backup media (the "Backup Disc") which will be mailed to you as part of your order (the "Backup Media Service"). Upon payment of the specified Backup Disc fee, DR MyCommerce, Inc. ("DR") agrees to provide the person who acquires rights to use the downloadable items through the purchase ("You" or "Your") with a copy of the digitally delivered computer software products (a "Product") purchased in a single order (an "Order") and downloaded from this website (the "Site") on a Backup Disc mailed to the address provided by You during the checkout process. Your Backup Disc may be used only for backup purposes, and each Product on Your Backup Disc is subject to and governed by the EULA for that Product. The copy of each Product on a Backup Disc is considered an archival copy of the Product downloaded by You, and not an additional copy. You are purchasing one (1) license for the downloaded copy of a Product and the copy on the Backup Disc collectively. Your Backup Disc cannot be sold or transferred except to the extent permitted by the terms of the Product EULA. Cancelled orders require you to return the Backup Disc and/or to destroy or return the original product. All shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable.
