TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our Software License Terms and Conditions for "Get it on CD!" qualifies under the software License Agreement. This License Agreement allows for use on one computer or by a single user only. The Agreement restricts copying or reproducing the "Get it on CD!" other than for backup purposes. The "Get it on CD!" cannot be sold. There is no replacement policy for "Get it on CD!." Cancelled orders require you to return the "Get it on CD!" and/or destroy or return the original product. All shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable. All questions or concerns about the "Get it on CD!" should be directed to the Customer Service Department.
