Fraud is taken very seriously by RegNow, and we fight strongly to prevent it as well as educate clients and customers about internet credit card fraud. RegNow's advanced FraudWatch system works 24 hours a day scanning incoming orders in real-time, before they are actually placed. Order information is compared against thousands of rules and a database of fraudulent order profiles to determine whether or not it will be processed. Our system has been honed to operate these extensive checks behind the scenes, within a matter of seconds. All the customer sees is a seamless ordering process!

Ordering Methods & Security

We use a VeriSign certificate for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transactions. VeriSign certificates offer strong RSA-based encryption for secure transactions and allow a wider variety of browsers to be used than with certificates from other companies. All of this means that the customer's credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a highly secure manner, and that the cherished "lock" appears in your customer's browser, assuring them that the transaction is being transmitted securely.

And that's just for credit cards! We also support mail, phone, fax, wire transfer, and purchase orders for additional fees to the customer ($2.50 for mail and fax, and $3.00 for phones). You can also choose to "eat" these necessary charges rather than the customer. Our call center is open 24/7 to take phone orders for your customers!
