The software company that owns the product will be able to provide you the technical support that you need. To find their support email, you can look in a few places:

1. Review your emailed order receipt; it is located within that email.
2. Check within the help file and/or readme.txt file associated with the download. The support contact information is usually provided within the program for your convenience.
3. Visit the place where you downloaded/ordered the product. The support contact information will be on the software company's web site.
4. If you placed your order using a credit card, please visit the Order Status Page to pull up your order details.

If you're using Internet Explorer 6+, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Within the Internet Options window, select the Privacy tab.
