代销商推荐方案

As an incentive for driving new affiliates to the RegNow affiliate program, RegNow now pays you a 5% bonus based on the referred affiliates sales during the first 90 days after signup. The program works as follows. 为了奖励更多的新代销商加盟RegNow代销商网络， RegNow会根据您所推荐的代销商在注册后头90天内的销售额给予您销售额5％的奖金。奖励方案运作如下：

  1. Drive affiliates to RegNow. Promote the RegNow affiliate program by driving affiliate signups through the following link: www.regnow.com/signup/affiliate?auto_affiliate=XXXXX Replace the "XXXXX" with your RegNow affiliate ID. This will allow us to track which affiliates are referred by you so that we can track the 5% incentive.
    为RegNow带来更多代销商。通过推动新代销商通过以下链接进行注册这种方式，推广RegNow代销商方案：www.regnow.com/signup/affiliate?auto_affiliate=XXXXX，用您的RegNow代销商ID替换"XXXXX"，这样我们便可以追踪哪些代销商是由您推荐，从而计算5%的奖励。

  2. As your referred affiliates generate sales during their first 90 days in the RegNow affiliate program, you will earn a 5% referral incentive. The incentive is based on net sales generated by your affiliates. Net sales means completed orders less any returns or chargebacks processed on sales generated during your referred affiliates first 90 days. Net sales also only includes vendor products only and does not include EDS or CD2GO or any tax, VAT or shipping and handling.
    如果您所推荐的代销商在RegNow代销商方案注册后头90天内产生了销量，您将获得5％的推荐奖金。奖金以您的代销商所产生的销量为基础。净销量是指您所推荐的代销商在前90天内产生的扣除退货或拒付的完成订单，其仅仅包括发行商产品，但不包含延长下载服务（EDS）、光盘备份服务（ CD2GO）、任何税收、增值税或运输与管理费用。

  3. Payments and reporting. You will be able to see which affiliate is generated sales and referral bonuses for you. A separate report in the affiliate UI will list the individual orders and track whether or not you have been paid your referral bonus for any order. Referral bonus payments for individual orders will be subject to the 60 day affiliate payment hold.

  4. ALL REFERRED AFFILIATES MUST BE NEW TO REGNOW. If an affiliate that you referrer to the RegNow is not new but an existing affiliate setting up a new account, you will not receive a referral bonus on their sales. THE DETERMINATION OF WHETHER OR NOT AN AFFILIATE IS A NEW REGNOW AFFILIATE IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF REGNOW.
    推荐的代销商都必须为RegNow新手。如果您推荐的RegNow代销商是现有代销商的新开账户而非新手，那么您将不会因他们的销售而获得推荐奖金。决定代销商是否是新手完全由RegNow来认定。
