Offer Manager折扣管理

You can use the Offer Manager, located in the toolbar of your Control Panel, to create offers that provide purchasing incentive to your customers. Offers that you create, will only be available to your customers if they purchase using one of your direct sales links (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links) to the product order page. The coupon / promotion code system is a very flexible system which can be used for a variety of different purposes going well beyond the concept of simple "coupons". In a nutshell, the coupon system provides discounts on certain orders according to a set of predefined rules. Generated coupons and promotions are highly configurable from start date to expire date, maximum uses, scope of the products affected by the discount, and a variety of optional rules that ensure the discount only applies to certain orders. Offers, that you create, will only be available to your customers if they purchase using one of your direct sales links (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links) to the product order page. This document will attempt to explain some of the more common uses of this system and ideas on how these might be achieved. As an affiliate, the discount for any coupons generated and used by customers will be taken out of your commission for the sale. When creating a coupon the system will ensure that you do not create a coupon which exceeds the commission for the future sale. Additionally, your commission will become locked within that coupon so that even if the vendor lowers your default commission you will still receive the originally expected funds. Whenever you create a coupon your affiliate ID is embedded within the coupon itself. Because of the discount, the customer then has an incentive to use the coupon with your affiliate ID embedded in it because they will receive the product for a less expensive price. 作为代销商,所产生的任何供客户使用的优惠券折扣将会从您的销售佣金里扣除。在建立优惠券的同时,系统会确证您所建立的优惠券不会超过您的未来销售佣金。此外,您的佣金会在相应的优惠券里锁定,这样,即使发行商降低了对您的初始默认设定佣金,您仍会得到原本应得的提成。每当您建立优惠券,您的代销商ID会嵌入到优惠券当中。 正因为有折扣让客户能以较低的价格购买产品,他们才有动力去使用嵌有您代销商ID的优惠券。

Methods for Applying a Coupon优惠券的应用方法

1. Simple, Traditional Coupons 传统、简单优惠券

This method of using the coupon system is probably the easiest to understand and is more "hands on" for the customer ordering. In this scenario, the customer will have actually been given the coupon "code" prior to ordering. They will already be aware that the coupon should be entered on the Confirmation page of the order process, and will give them a discount of X where X was defined when the coupon was generated. It's entirely up to you as the affiliate to decide the best way to distribute these codes to the potential customer and to inform them of what they should expect when entering the code. Coupons are case insensitive so customers need not be concerned with entering the correct case. For a more "hands off" coupon system, please see the other options.

2. Embedded Order URL Coupons 嵌入订单URL的优惠券

To activate special promotions without customer intervention, you may embed coupon codes into any of your direct sales link order form URLs (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links). This is accomplished by appending the following field to the end of any of your direct sales link order form URLs: 要使用无需客户介入的特别促销,你可以把优惠券代码嵌入到您的每个直接销售链接的订购单URL里面(请参阅Relationships Help & Support的主题以获得关于直接销售链接的详细信息),您可以通过在您的每个直接销售链接的订购单URL末端追加以下内容来实现:

3. Bounceback Offers 回头客优惠

Providing an opportunity for your customers to come back and make another purchase from your website helps to grow your sales and increase the loyalty of your customers. After a one-time setup, this automatic feature enables repeat purchasing in a very simple and timely manner. When our customer has completed a purchase, using one of your direct sales links (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links), and receives their order confirmation email, a 'Bounceback Offer' is inserted within the order confirmation text. 提供机会让客户再回到您的网站上进行购买能帮助您增加销售量和提高您顾客的忠诚度。设置完成后,这种自动功能将会以简单的方式准确地支持重复购买。如果我们的客户使用您的直接销售链接(请参阅Relationships Help & Support的主题以获得关于直接销售链接的详细信息)完成了购买,当他们收到订单确认邮件时该‘Bounceback Offer’优惠就插入到订单确认文本当中。

You have the option to select the discount amounts and the products that this discount will apply to. For example, if your customer bought product A or B, then they are entitled to receive a 10% discount (for example) when they return to your site through the offer URL and purchase product C. The offer text includes a URL (with a coupon code automatically inserted into the URL) to the offered product. This text is automatically inserted into each customer's order confirmation email. To see an example email, click here. Via the Offer Manager, the text is also highly customizable and provides a number of macros you may use to insert specific information about your offer. Coupon

Coupons may be created to provide customers who purchase, using one of your direct sales links, (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links), with a percentage off or a dollar amount off of their order. You may offer coupons to your customers as Simple, Traditional Coupons or as Embedded Order URL Coupons. Select Offer Manager from the toolbar of your Control Panel. 从控制面板的工具栏上选择Offer Manager。

Click on the Create New Offer button that appears near the top of the page 点击页面上方附近的Create New Offer按钮

On the 1st screen of the process you will want to assign: 在操作的第一页中,您应指定以下内容:

A name for your coupon (this is how the coupon will be listed in your Offer Manager). 优惠券名称(这个名称将被用来在您的Offer Manager里显示)。
A description of your coupon (optional). 优惠券描述(可省略)。
A maximum number of uses for your coupon (default is 1000). 优惠券的最多使用次数(初始默认设定为1000)。
A start date for your coupon (default is the current date). 这个优惠券的开始生效日期(初始默认设定为当前日期)。

Coupon as the Offer Type. 折扣类型设为Coupon。

When you are satisfied with your entries, then click on the Next button to proceed to the 2nd screen of the process. 确认输入信息后,点击Next按钮进入操作的第二页。

On the 2nd screen of the process you need to:在操作的第二页中,您需要:

Assign a 3-4 character coupon prefix using the letters A through Z (default is the first 4 letters of your account name). 指定一个3到4个字符长以字母A至Z组成的优惠券前缀字串(初始默认设定为您的账户名称的前四个字母)。

You have the option to assign a 1-4 character coupon postfix using the letters A through Z. 您也可以选择指定一个1到4个字符长以字母A至Z的优惠券后缀字串。

Assign a discount amount for your coupon. You have the options of setting a percentage discount of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50% or you may set a dollar off amount of $1, $5, or $10. Assign the Product Scope for your coupon. You have the option of selecting Vendor Products or Product Specific. 指定您优惠券适用的产品范围,您可以选择指定某个发行商的产品或某个特定的产品。

When selecting Vendor Products for your Product Scope you need to enter the vendor's ID in the box that appears at the end of that option. With this option, your coupon will apply to all products of the vendor who's ID you enter in to that box. When selecting this option, the discount that you offer through your coupon will be applied to each product in the customer's cart (order). 当您选择某个发行商的产品作为适用产品范围时,您需要在该选项末端的输入框里填写发行商的ID号,这样,您的优惠券就会应用到您在框框输入的ID所对应的发行商的全部产品,这就意味着您通过优惠券提供的折扣将对消费者的购物车(订单)里的每个产品起作用。

When selecting Product Specific for your Product Scope you need to enter the product ID, for the product you have selected, in the box that appears at the end of that option. 当您选择某个特定的产品作为产品范围时,您需要在该选项末端的输入框中输入您所选产品的ID。

Additionally, there are Optional Rules that you may set for your coupon, they include: 另外,还有一些供您设置优惠券的可选规则,包括:

SubTotal Minimum - check this box and enter the USD amount (without the dollar sign) if you want your coupon to be good only for orders that reach the subtotal that you enter. 小计最低金额限制——若您希望您的优惠券仅对达到您所输入的小计金额的订单有效,请选取此框并输入美元金额(不包含美元符号)。

Basket Count Minimum - check this box and select the quantity that you desire from the drop down box (options are 1-10) if you want your coupon to be good only for orders where the total number of products in the basket is at least the number that you selected from the drop down box in this field. 购物篮内产品数最低数额限制——如果您希望您的优惠券只对那些购物篮里的总产品数量至少达到了您在本区的下拉框所选定的数量的订单有效,请选取此框并从下拉框选择您期望的数量(选项由1-10)。

Required Products - If you want your coupon to be good only if a particular product or products are part of the order then check this box and enter the comma separated list of product IDs (that must be contained in the cart for the discount to be valid) in the box showing in this field. 必需产品——如果您希望您的优惠券仅对那些包含某个特定产品或多个产品的订单有效,请选取此框并在本区出现的输入框里填入以逗号隔开的产品ID序列(使折扣优惠有效所必须包含的ID号)。

Display Prompt (default is checked/enabled). Checking this box will cause a coupon box prompt to be displayed to the customer (asking them to enter their coupon code) during the order process. Cross Sells交叉销售

Cross sells may be created to suggest additional product(s) to customers when ordering a specific product using one of your direct sales links (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links). You have the options to offer your customer a percentage off on the item or to leave it at full price. 交叉销售是为了在客户经由您的直接销售链接(请参阅Relationships Help & Support的主题以获得关于直接销售链接的详细信息)订购某具体产品时向他们推荐另外的产品而建立的。您可以针对某一产品选择向您的客户提供百分比扣除额的优惠或者保持全价。

Select the Parent Product from the drop down box. When this product is selected for an order, the Offer Product(s) that you define will be suggested to the customer. 从下拉框选择一项主要产品,当该产品被订购,您所选定的促销产品(群)将会被推荐给客户。

Select the Offer Product(s) from the drop down box. 从下拉框选择作为Offer Products的产品。

Bundles

Bundles are an extension of the shopping cart feature. When combining products into a bundle, it's common to give the customer a discount for buying more than one product at a time. The recommended method of providing a discount to a set of products in a bundle is by using the "Offer Manager". Bundle offers that you create, will only be available to your customers if they purchase using one of your direct sales links (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links) to the product order page. Select whether you would like the products in your bundle offer to be listed separately or if you would like them to be combined and list the offer name for the bundle (these options are listed to the right of Combine Products). 选择产品组合列表显示方式可以是分别罗列捆绑组合促销中的所有产品,或是组合地仅列出捆绑组合促销优惠的名称(这些选项列在Combine Products的右侧)。

Select the products that you want in your bundle from the drop down boxes. 从下拉框中选择您希望加入捆绑组合促销的产品。

To provide your customers with access to your bundle offer, please use the following format. Start with your direct link, to the order form, for one of the products in your bundle. (To locate your direct link to a product's order form, select Relationships from the Toolbar in your Control Panel, on the Relationships page click on the hyperlink showing the vendor's name, on the Relationship Detail page click on the product name and then click on the Sales Links tab to locate the direct (Buy Now) link to the product's order form.) 请使用以下格式提供您的捆绑组合促销优惠供您的客户使用。您的捆绑产品的订购地址可以先从您捆绑组合中的一个产品的直接链接当开头来进行修改(欲查找某产品订购单的直接链接,从控制面板的工具栏上选择Relationships,在Relationships页面上点击显示发行商名称的超链接,在Relationship Detail页面点击产品名称,然后点击Sales Links标签,这样就可以找到产品订购单的直接链接(即Buy Now链接))。

Then, replace the word "item" in the URL with the word "bundle" and add the other product IDs to the URL (after the product ID that already appears in the URL), separating the product ID numbers by commas. Note: In the above URL example XXXX-2 and XXXX-47 are examples of product IDs and YYYY is an example of an affiliate ID. Bounceback Offer in Receipt Email

Bounceback offers provide you with an opportunity to encourage your customers to come back and make another purchase from your website. Bounceback offers, that you create, will only be available to your customers if they purchase using one of your direct sales links (see the Relationships Help & Support topic for details about direct sales links) to the product order page. Select Offer Manager from the toolbar of your Control Panel. 从控制面板的工具栏上选择Offer Manager。

Click on the Create New Offer button that appears near the top of the page. 点击页面上方附近的Create New Offer按钮。

On the 1st screen of the process you will want to assign: 在操作的第一页中,您应指定:

A name for your bounceback offer (this is how the bounceback offer will be listed in your Offer Manager). 回头客优惠名称(这个名称将被用来在您的Offer Manager里显示)。

A description of your bounceback offer (optional). 回头客优惠描述(可省略)。

A maximum number of uses for your bounceback offer (default is 1000). 这个回头客优惠的最多使用次数(初始默认设定为1000)。

A start date for your bounceback offer (default is the current date). 这个回头客优惠的开始生效日期(初始默认设定为当前日期)。

Bounceback Offer in Receipt Email as the Offer Type. 折扣类型为Bounceback Offer in Receipt Email。

When you are satisfied with your entries, then click on the Next button to proceed to the 2nd screen of the process. 确认输入信息后,请点击Next按钮进入第二页操作。

On the 2nd screen of the process you need to: 在第二页操作中您需要:

Assign a 3-4 character coupon prefix using the letters A through Z (default is the first 4 letters of your account name).指定一个3到4个字符长以字母A至Z组成的的优惠券前缀字串(初始默认设定为您的账户名称的前四个字母)。

Assign a discount amount for your bounceback offer. You have the options of setting a percentage discount of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50% or you may set a dollar off amount of $1, $5, or $10. Enter the product ID number, for the product that you want to offer in your bounceback offer, in the Product ID box that is displayed to the right of Product Offered. 在Product Offered右侧显示的产品ID输入框内填入您想提供回头客优惠的产品ID号。

Select the product(s) sold to trigger your offer. Using radio buttons, select one of the following options: 选择那些出售要提供回头客优惠的产品。使用单选按钮选择以下选项的一个:

Vendor Products- this option will cause your bounceback offer to be provided on purchases made through your account for any products of the vendor who's ID you list in the Vendor Products text box. 针对特定发行商的产品——此选项会把您的回头客优惠提供给那些经由您的账户向您在Vendor Products的输入框里指定ID的发行商购买任何产品的客户。

Selected Products - this option will cause your bounceback offer to be provided on purchases made through your account for any of the products that you list in the text box showing in that field, providing that you have a relationship with that vendor. Enter product IDs, separated by a comma.

When using this tool for an offer, please be sure that you select products in which you already have a relationship established with the vendor. When viewing a Relationship Detail window the Affiliation Status will show as Active for vendors that you have an established relationship with and it will appear as Not Joined for vendors with whom you have not established a relationship. You have the opportunity to customize (edit) the text for your bounce back offer or you may use the default text provided. You can use macros (tags) to insert dynamic information into the text. If you chose to customize (edit) the text of your bounceback offer, you can preview the text by clicking on the Refresh Preview button at the bottom of the screen. 如果您选择编辑您的回头客优惠上的文本,您可以通过点击本页尾的Refresh Preview按钮以预览文本。

If you decide that you want to restore the original default text for the bounceback offer, then click on the Restore Default button at the bottom of the screen. 如果您决定要恢复回头客优惠上初始默认设定的原有文本,请点击本页尾的Restore Default按钮。

The link that will be displayed in your bounceback offer appears to the right of View Link. 回头客优惠的链接将显示在View Link 的右侧。

When you are satisfied with your entries, click on the Complete Offer button at the bottom of the screen. 确认输入信息后,请点击页尾的Complete Offer按钮。

Saving Work in Progress Offers 在折扣优惠建立过程中的保存

When creating offers, on the 2nd screen (step) of the process (2nd & 3rd screens for bounceback offers) you have the option of saving your work for later by clicking on the Save For Later button that appears at the bottom of the screen. The offer will not be available to customers until you complete the setup of the offer. 在建立折扣的第二页(步)操作(回头客优惠的第二和第三页)过程中,您可以选择通过点击页尾的Save For Later按钮来保存您的操作以供日后使用。折扣优惠必须在您完成整个优惠设置之后才能提供给客户使用。

Accessing Saved Work in Progress Offers 访问建立过程进行中所保存的未完成折扣优惠

Incomplete offers, that you save, will show the status of Work in Progress in your Offer Manager. To access an incomplete, saved offer, select Offer Manager from the toolbar of your Control Panel, locate the offer that you want to work with and click on the edit hyperlink that appears at the far left of that line. To edit an incomplete or completed offer select Offer Manager from the toolbar of your Control Panel, locate the offer that you want to edit and click on the edit hyperlink that appears at the far left of that line. The offer will open up in a new window for editing. 要编辑未完成的或已完成的折扣优惠时,请从控制面板的工具栏上选择Offer Manager,找到您想编辑的折扣优惠并点击该行最左边的编辑链接,该折扣便会打开新窗口供您编辑。

Disabling Saved Work in Progress Offers 撤销保存的未完成的折扣优惠。

To disable an incomplete offer that you saved, select Offer Manager from the toolbar of your Control Panel, locate the offer that you want to disable and click on the edit hyperlink that appears at the far left of that line. In the window that opens up you will find an option at the bottom of the page to Deactivate the offer. Click on the box next to "Check this box to permanently deactivate/disable this offer. Once an offer is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated or edited." and click on the Next button to permanently disable the offer. 要撤销所保存的未完成的折扣,请从控制面板的工具栏上选择Offer Manager,找到您想撤销的折扣并点击该行最左边的编辑链接,在新打开的窗口的下端,您将会看到撤销该折扣的选项Deactivate。选取“Check this box to permanently deactivate/disable this offer. To disable a completed Cross Sell, Bundle or Bounceback offer select Offer Manager from the toolbar of your Control Panel, locate the offer that you want to disable and click on the edit hyperlink that appears at the far left of that line. In the window that opens up you will find an option at the bottom of the page to Deactivate the offer. Click on the box next to "Check this box to permanently deactivate/disable this offer. Once an offer is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated or edited." and click on the Next button to permanently disable the offer. 要撤销已完成的交叉销售、捆绑销售或回头客销售优惠,请从控制面板的工具栏上选择Offer Manager,找到您想撤销的折扣并点击该行最左边的编辑链接,在新打开的窗口下端,您将会看到撤销该折扣的选项。选取“Check this box to permanently deactivate/disable this offer.
