Order Payment Methods: Open Invoice (European)
订单支付方式：对公发票（欧洲）
To offer this payment method on your order pages you must have it enabled ("Display Giro Payment Option:" set to "Yes") in your account settings. 要在您的订购页面上提供该支付方式，您必须在您的 account settings里启用（把"Display Giro Payment Option:"设为"Yes"）。
As an alternate form of payment to credit cards, customers may pay for their order using the Open Invoice (European) payment method. This payment method is currently only available to customers in limited regions (Western European countries for the most part). This payment method is available on the online order form by accessing the drop down box next to "Payment Method". 作为信用卡的候补支付形式，客户可能使用对公发票（欧洲）这种方式来支付订单。这种支付方式目前只供部分地区（西欧国家的大部分地区）的客户使用，可在网上订购单中的"Payment Method"旁边的下拉框选择。
Customer Process 客户流程
After submitting an order with "Open Invoice (European)" chosen as the payment method, the customer will receive an invoice by postal mail in about 5-6 business days. The invoice will provide the customer with the opportunity to pay either by bank wire transfer or by "Giro" (Giro is a payment method commonly used in Europe) 客户在提交了以"Open Invoice (European)"作为支付方式的订单之后，将在大约5－6个工作日收到邮寄的发票。该发票可让客户选择以银行电汇支付还是以"Giro"（欧洲地区常用的支付方式）支付。Note: Orders using the Open Invoice (European) payment option are subject to an additional $2.50 USD order processing fee. 注：对公发票（欧洲）支付的订单收取2.50美元额外订单处理费用。
Finalization 完成
Unlike credit card orders placed online, a customer will not receive the product immediately after they submit their order. We do not deliver the product or credit your account until payment is received from the customer in full. 与网上信用卡支付的订单不同的是，客户在提交订单后不会立刻接收到产品。我们只有收到了客户的全额付款，才会交付产品或把金额划入您帐上。Note:For orders that customers entered online in which they selected an offline payment method (Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax-Credit Card, Invoice, Open Invoice (European) and Purchase Order), the order will show the date that the customer entered the order online rather than the date that the order completed. To see the date that the order completed, please open the order and view the information listed in the History tab. 注：对于那些客户在网上订购并选择以线下支付方式（银行/电汇、支票/邮政汇票、传真信用卡、发票、对公发票（欧洲）和采购订单）的订单，其将显示客户在网上订购时的日期，而不是订单完成的日期。欲查看订单完成的日期，请打开订单，查阅History标签里所列的信息。
