Test Orders
订单测试

Test orders may be run on individual products allowing you to view the entire process from a customer's standpoint. This may prove especially useful for those products making use of registration codes or email delivered to the customer. In any case, it will allow you to know exactly what the customer should expect, and if you'd like to alter the appearance or method of any part of the process.

To run a test transaction, log into your RegNow control panel and go to “Products” from the toolbar. Click on “test” next to the product you wish to test. Fill in all necessary information on the order form. For the "Name on Credit Card" field, use your vendor ID and control panel password in the format vXXXXX/password (replacing XXXXX with your vendor ID). The credit card number needs to be the following:

Continue by filling in any valid expiration date in the future and "123" as the Card Security Code.

Submitting and finalizing the order will process the information identically to a regular transaction -- the only difference being that no credit card is actually charged. The order will display the "T" status code in your control panel code.

Note - If the above instructions do not work please enter your vendor control panel password only for the "Name on Credit Card" field.
