User Management - Role Based Access

If your account is not setup for Role Based Access please contact us to have it turned on. After this feature has been added to your account, you will see "User Management" in the Toolbar. The default user, which is already setup, will be your vendor ID with a "v" in front (example: v1234).

To create a new user, click “Create User” or click on an existing username to edit a previous user. For a new user you will need to give a username along with their name and email address. For their username, do not use a number alone as the system may confuse this with another vendor’s login. Use a combination of letters and number to make this a unique login. After a user has been added, you can manage that user by adding/removing any role.

To add a role to a user you simply click on the role in the left box and it will be assigned to the user (in the right box), to remove a role from a user you can highlight the role in the right box and click "Remove Role". You can assign as many or as few roles to each user as you would like. You can also disable users at any time.

For the first login a user will need to visit https://www.regnow.com/getPassword?account_type=v and enter their username/email to have a password sent to them. They will then be able to login at the normal vendor CP login https://www.regnow.com/vendorpriv.

Each role can access different portions of the control panel and you will need to select the best roles for each user you create. Below you can see each role and what parts of the control panel they will have access to.
